Sometimes in life all good things must come to an end. Unfortunately, I need to inform you that the spa replacement heater that has gotten us through the last few weeks and kept you nice and toasty whilst relaxing your muscles, soaking up the beautiful views of your country club to one side, and Kendall Bay on the other, has stopped working.
Whilst we appreciate that you may be frustrated by this, we have been lucky enough to have had this temporary replacement heater in the first instance.
Our pool maintenance support team are doing everything they can to try and fix this as soon as possible for us, and we ask that you please be patient as this is not of our doing.
We will keep you up to date as information becomes available.
