Lagoon Pool
As you may already be aware, the lagoon pool is now open. Some members have already been lying by the newly landscaped pool, enjoying the beautiful weather we have had these last couple of days.
Lap Pool
Lap Pool works are continuing. The current time frame, which is weather dependant, is as follows:
- Target to complete tiling works is 23/09/23
- Target to complete painting is 30/09/23
- 3 week curing period ends 21/10/23
The weather is very important in these final steps, as it is critical that the surface is completely dry before painting and tiling commences. If we are fortunate enough to experience good weather conditions over the coming weeks, the lap pool could be open by the last week of October.
New Friday Night Dinner Menu
The new Friday Night Dinner menu will be launched tomorrow. Chef Shane has created some mouth-watering dishes. We all loved his unique version of prawn toast! Now come and try the crab toastie/butternut soup shot, or the tempura quail/pickled vegetables/tomato-chilli jam/wasabi mayo! So many delicious dishes to choose from. Call reception on 87656900 to make your reservation.
New Wine & Cocktail Menu
To compliment Chef Shane’s new menu, Peter has refreshed our wine list which now includes vegan and organic options. The new offerings include wines from Oatley Wine Merchants, Philip Shaw and Eisenstone. If you prefer a French champagne, treat yourself to the Jaquart Rose, or the Ruinart. For those who prefer a non-alcoholic wine, we now have these available too. Friday night live music
The music line up for September and October is out! Tomorrow come along and enjoy the music from regular acoustic musician Charlie.
Paint ‘N’ Sip
