At your Club a lot happens daily, so I thought I would sum it up in what will be called “The Weekly Chronicles” where you will receive a short and sweet email reminding of you of what is happening at your Club in the café that coming week along with new information.
(with just a tad more detail to get us started)
LIGHT BITES AT THE CLUB – ON A MONDAY
As you know we have opened the kitchen on a Monday offering light meals and because this has been so popular, we have decided to extend the menu to include yummy gourmet sandwiches. So, from 9am – 2pm on a Monday come and enjoy:
- A variety of croissants with tasty fillings
- Quiches with a side salad
- Winter warming and hearty soups
- Gourmet sandwiches (our latest edition)
A section of deliciously sinful cakes, biscuits and sweet treats (do not blame me for the winter kilos, because I think each item in the ever-changing bakery is so totally worth it!!!)
Breakfast is served from 9am until 12pm from Tuesday through to Sunday. Have you been in to try our Creamy Vanilla Porridge which is perfect to warm the tummy during winter? Or there is the Tuscan Farmers Breakfast not available at any other café in the area!!!
Lunch is served from 12pm until 3pm from Tuesday through to Sunday. Walk-ins always welcome, but bookings are also a good idea as our new lunch menu is taking the community by storm!!!
During the winter months there is nothing better than a Roast with all the traditional trimmings and without you having to do the mountain of dishes that tend to come with this style of cooking!!! Available from 12pm-3pm every Wednesday.
SAME! SAME! BUT DIFFERENT – THURSDAY NIGHT DINNER
Our take on a classy bistro style of menu with some of the very popular lunch dishes (for those who are working and miss out on a Wednesday), as well as new dinner offerings, our very popular Roast of the week and let’s not forget the specials!!! From 5:30pm – 9:30pm every Thursday evening (kitchen closes at 8:30pm).
FINE DINING FRIDAY EVENING
A delicious and well thought out “fancy-schmancy” style of menu with delicious offerings such as Seafood Chowder, Persian Lamb Tagine, deliciously tender yet with a crispy crackle – the Porchetta. Let’s not forget the LIVE MUSIC on a Friday evening. From 5:30pm – 10:00pm (kitchen closes at 8:30pm). Once again, do not forget there are also specials each week.
EAT ME…AT HOME!!!
It has become very apparent to us that you love our food so much and the café is constantly abuzz with our members dining. The feedback direct to café staff, the chef or reception as you leave has been so humbling to the team. So, we are now offering all our menus as a TAKEAWAY option for you to eat in the comfort of your own home. Just call reception to place your order and provide us with your pickup time (times within the menu operating hours listed above). Then come to the Club to pay/pick up from the cafe – simples!!!
Now, I did warn you that this first edition was going to be long, but I think you will agree now that you have come to the end of the email that it was well worth the read!
