The Community Association (CA) Executive Committee is elected at an Annual General Meeting, held in October/November. Only Strata and Precinct CA Representatives may nominate for election, vote on motions and approve up to 9 Executive members. For details, please see CA Representative Role and Responsibilities.

On behalf of the Community, the Executive makes decisions in conjunction with CA Representatives on how CA funds will be spent and negotiating contracted services such as lawn and garden maintenance, electricity and gas supply, security, cleaning services and waste disposal.

The CA manages an annual budget of over $4 million from your levies and income from the Country Club. Apart from funding all maintenance and upgrades to our Community buildings, roads, paths, trees and other infrastructure, the CA also pays the salaries and wages of all permanent and casual staff.

The CA Executive meets formally every month and CA Representatives are expected to attend. In addition, the Executive meets informally at least twice per month.
