The Community Hall is an iconic ‘heritage style’ but not ‘heritage listed’ timber structure. It looks like an attractive old chapel but in fact is the Community’s facility for larger meetings and special events. It is located centrally in Village Drive adjacent to our ‘Village Green’ with its associated assets such as the barbecue shelter and grandstand.

This important Community asset is used for the Community Association’s larger meetings such as Annual and Special General Meetings, as well as regular CA Representatives meetings. Many Community groups also hold their functions there – including Probus, Rotary and the Strata Network. As well, some larger special interest groups also make use of its larger size – such as for fitness classes.

It is a residents-only Community Facility where residents and their immediate family can host special occasions such as wedding ceremonies, birthday celebrations, and all other reasons for residents to get together and celebrate with their nearest and dearest.

Breakfast Point is a beautiful residential complex, that is quite unique in Sydney. One of its special attractions is the breadth of our Community facilities. The Community Hall is one of the special places that makes Breakfast Point so attractive and sought-after by residents.
