At the heart of our Community is the majestic Breakfast Point Country Club.
You can relax and admire the water and City views with a glass of something or sample one of our Chef’s delicious creations. The Club’s ambience provides the perfect setting.
The Club complex offers members and their guests quality recreational facilities with a heated 25 metre lap pool and spa, a lagoon pool for families, a sauna and steam room, a fully-equipped 2 room gym and 5 full-size tennis courts.
The Club also has space for those wanting peace and quiet in the library or to do some work, small groups undertaking social activities in the lounge and larger groups celebrating an important personal event in a private function space.
Breakfast Point Country Club has been serving our residents since 2006. The Club is a Community hub, providing a social meeting place as well as for strata and community meetings.
Membership of the Club is an entitlement directly linked to ownership of a property within the Community Association of DP 270347 or a fee-paying person from an approved associated community.
An owner may assign their entitlement when not in residence to a tenant or house sitter subject to these Rules. An owner cannot reside outside the residence and split the membership to the Club between themselves and the person in residence.
