Thursday’s Table – Thursday 25 June
We look forward to welcoming you to Thursday’s Table, our weekly dining experience at the Restaurant. Think delicious and comforting – perfect for a night off from cooking! This week, our Head Chef, Shane Rider brings you the choice of an indulgent chicken, bacon and mushroom penne with white wine and cream or succulent grilled pork scotch fillet with sweet potato, caramelised onions and broccolini paired with a selected beverage, all for just $29! With the cooler weather setting in, these options will warm you from the inside out. If you prefer something more familiar, our full Thursday night dinner menu will also be available so you can enjoy the usual favourites. We look forward to welcoming you to the table!
Lap Pool & Spa Closure commencing Monday 22 June
The Country Club lap pool and spa works has commenced with the essential repair works which will take a minimum of six weeks. Some of the epoxy surface has lifted, and these works are best to be investigated and remediated while under warranty. This closure period will allow sufficient time to drain the pool, complete repairs during suitable dry weather, allow for a minimum three‑week curing period, and then refill the pool. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we carry out these works to ensure the pool is in excellent condition for the Summer of 2026-2027.
Upholstery Repairs in the Weights Room – Thursday 25 June
We would like to kindly remind you that selected equipment in the weights room will be undergoing upholstery repairs. Please note these items will be unavailable for use from Thursday 25 June and expected to be ready for use by Friday 26 June afternoon.
The following equipment will be impacted during this period:
- Cybex Adjustable Bench
- Cybex Lat/Row
- Cybex Leg Press
- Adduction/Abduction Machine
- Adjustable Bench

Expect plenty of singalongs, laughter, audience participation, and a few surprises throughout the evening.
