Following the tremendous success of our first Winter Wine Dinner, we are delighted to invite you to the next event in the series, an exceptional evening showcasing the acclaimed wines of Tamar Ridge & Pirie.
Join us on Thursday 6 August 2026 from 6:00pm for a memorable night celebrating some of Tasmania’s finest cool-climate wines. From the award-winning sparkling wines of Pirie to the elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that have made Tamar Ridge a household name among wine lovers, this promises to be an experience not to be missed.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a selection of premium wines, expertly paired with a specially crafted four-course menu designed by our Head Chef, Shane Rider. Each course has been thoughtfully created to complement the unique character and flavour profile of the wines, delivering a truly indulgent dining experience.
