Your CA Executive Committee

The Community Association (CA) Executive is elected at an Annual General Meeting, held in October/November. Any Community Association Representative may nominate for election – the Executive can have a maximum of 9 members.

The Executive makes decisions in conjunction with Strata and Precinct CA Representatives, on behalf of the Community on how CA funds will be spent and negotiating contracted services such as lawns and gardens, electricity, and trade waste.

The CA handles an annual budget of over $4 million from your levies and income from the Country Club. Apart from funding all maintenance and upgrades to our community buildings, roads, open spaces, gardens, paths, trees and other infrastructure, the CA also pays the salaries and wages of all permanent and casual staff.

The CA Executive meets formally every month and CA Representatives are expected to attend. In addition, the Executive meets informally at least twice per month.
